aww, my poor little ratty ash died during the night :( r.i.p ash xx kobe was crying when i told him :( splinter our other rat seems so lonely and depressed now ash has gone.... hoping he perks up abit and gets used to being on his own.

Happy Christmas!!

Well on christmas morning all was quiet...... mummy had to wake everyone up at 6.30 because i couldn't wait anymore!! LOL :)

The kids were made up with their presents :) kobe got tons of wrestlers that he wanted, transformers, lego pirate ship, xbox game, clothes and much much more!! :)

Eloise wanted suprises.... she got some go go hamsters, littlest pet shop, some craft drawers full of stuff for her to use, games, clothes and much much more too!! :)

Derek was made up with his presents too, he knew most of them but i got him a few things he didn't know about too. We also got a nintendo wii between us aswell :)

I got lots of pj's and slippers to keep me warm and snug and i got some craft stuff too, some stamps, papermania sets and nestabilities :) I picked them all but i'm still happy with them!! :) I also got my nice comfy desk chair so i can sit at my desk to do my cards.

My fave thing is my fluffy oversized grey slippers, i love them :)

On christmas day we went to my mums for lunch and that was nice :) on boxing day the kids went to their dads and we went to dereks mums. Stayed most of the day playing on the wii fit, lol :)

The weather hasn't been very nice here the past few days, snow, hail, rain, slippy floors..... the kids have enjoyed it though!! lol :)

Been in work the past 2 days, finish tomorrow for xmas :) really looking forward to it now, seeing the kids faces on xmas morning :) can't wait.

I'm waiting for all the craft sites to have sales on...... will probably end up spending to much in the sales, i did last year!! oops!!

This set of four stamps for only £10 from cutting edge crafts, they only had 4 left when i ordered mine, so be quick!!!

Made up with the, been temped in the past but never bought them, cant argue with £2.50 a pack.

Kids xmas cards

Made these for the kids with my new whiff of joy stamps :) there the same but slightly different with the colours :) used my crop-a-dile too and some snaps to finish them off :)

Been so busy with work & christmas that i havent had chance to do any cards recently :( day off today and i've come up with this for my boyfriend for xmas :)

I'm also entering it into the stampin' chic challenge (thats why i used there papers), i'm also entering it into the stamp with fun challenge as theirs is 'little present' and last but not least the stamp something challenge of 'winter wonderland'.

Working on the kids cards next, not sure what papers to use tho!!

Good morning...

Well it's saturday again and yes, i'm up way to early again!! I did try to have a lie in but was just lying there awake and it was annoying me because i knew i had stuff to do!!

Going on a staff night out tonight to a place in liverpool, a meal, motown singer and a dj, should be a laugh :) quite looking forward to it but not overly looking forward to the food..... im a very fussy eater and theres all odd things i dont like on the menu.

We got all our presents wrapped over the weekend, all set for christmas now :) Tonight i have one of eloise's and one of kobes friends around for tea :) should be fun.... :P havent had any of kobes friends around before, so we shall see how it goes!

Still havent had chance to use me new stamps :( christmas is taking up to much of my time, LOL :)

Ive also been very good too.....

I've been trying to loose a little bit of weight (again, yes!) and i set myself a target of half a stone loss in a month and i hit it today :) a couple of days late but i've lost half a stone.... YAY :)

Proud of myself, going to try and keep it up and see if i can get another half a stone before xmas.... not sure if i'll hit that target but i'll try :)

Ohh, ive been naughty!

I've just ordered the winter stamp kit from whiff of joy, there back in stock for a limited time with 20% off them!!! I think the stamps work out at only £3 with the reduction.... :)

Tempted by more from there site but am trying to hold back...... we shall see how that goes, lol!! Waiting for some greeting farm stamps to arrive to.

Well my little girl was 7 on friday :) she has a lovely birthday :)

She loved all of her pressies :)

Over the weekend we took her out to one of the indoor play places which the kids both love and then we went for a lovely meal which the kids both loved too :)

Been to work this morning and this afternoon im waiting in for a parcel.... im hoping it comes before 3pm!! I did want to pop to the shops this afternoon but i don't think i'm going to be able to.

The weather is quite bright here this afternoon :) makes a change!!

I got kobe a lovely coat from tesco the other day which was in the sale already and it had an extra 20% off too so a £35 coat cost me £10 :) i was made up :) had to order one for ellie out of the catalogue as all the ones in the shops either aren't that nice or are wool ones and there no good for kids in the bad weather we have.

Evening...

Well today seems like it's been a long day. It was way to hot in work this morning, made me feel a little sick :(

This afternoon i sorted through kobes toys and clothes, more tidied them up than got rid of anything.

My new sewing machine came today aswell, it's great :) really like it and seems really easy to use..... need to get all my long pants/jeans out now and take them up!!!! (as im a short arse at 5ft 1)

Hope you all have a good evening, i'm just getting the kids off to bed, were abit late tonight.

Eloise hada fab birthday over the weekend too (wil post more tomorrow about that)

Morning all, It's abit dull here, not raining yet tho! Kids are at their days until 3pm so i'm just enjoying abit of peace. I got kobe a great bargin yesterday, a pirate halloween costume from asda, should of been £10 reduced to £1 (i think i got eloise a witch one last year too) he's made up with it :) Need to see i i can drag derek upto tesco's today to see if they have any bargins too, lol.... he hates going shopping!! I think i've fell in love with these wild rose studio stamps :) there so cute!!
Also, there clear stamps but they work well with the wetter inks (Adirondack & Versa fine) there not great with stazon tho.
Means i can use my lovely pro markers with them too :)

I also made some cards with the free papers from cardmaking and papercraft :)

YAY good news....

Morning all,

I'm really happy today :)

I went to see the manager at the nursery this morning where I'm going to be starting at. I asked her weather i could start anytime soon as my crb hasn't come back from their yet but I'd had one done at the training company which i'm doing my nvq2 through which I'd already had back.

So she said yep that's fine so I'm starting tomorrow! :)

My first ever job....it's voluntary and for my nvq but it's 16 hours a week so it will keep me busy :) really looking forward to it :)

Ive got to wear black pants, lilac blouse and a black jumper and it feels like im in school again, lol..... feel really fat in it too which isn't good!! (really need to loose some weight!!) Hope you have a good day

Monday Morning....

Morning all, Wet here again today, kids are back in school too (yippee... no more fighting until 3.15pm!) We got our sky plus and sky multiroom yesterday.

They were suppost to be here between 12 - 1pm..... they turned up at 2pm!! GRR!!

They left about 3.45pm (don't know why it took so long!) and they left me with all dirty footprints through the house.... so annoying.

I've got my fingers crossed that my CRB comes back today or at least sometime this week.... driving me crazy being in all day on my own knowing that i could be doing something else.

Really looking forward to starting at the nursery and doing my NVQ2 tho, can't wait!
