New stamp, new card...

I love this image, i think it's so cute :) and i had to buy the sentiments to go with it which includes the "it's raining love and birthday wishes" as it goes with this stamp and a penny black one i have with an unbrella too :)

Ive used 2 whiff of joy stamps, copics to colour, Clare curd papers, paper flowers & brads.

1 card, 3 challenges........

I have used CCSR spotty brown paper, whiff of joy stamps, copic pens to colour and the stamp something sketch :)

So i have entered this into the following challenges:

* Stampin Chic - blue and brown colour challenge

* Whiff of joy challenge - Brown and blue

* Stamp something - as i've used there sketch

It's my first card with my new stamp :) Can't wait to make more!! :)

Morning all... just about!

Miserable day here today, grey and wet. It's a good job we had no plans.

I got all my ironing done this morning and have just about got it all away!....... i hate doing the ironing and i hate putting the washing away even more, lol :)

Tired now, tidyied all downstairs and have given ellies room a little sort out, got rid of some more junk!!

Just having an early lunch and enjoying a cup of coffee, almost in peace (kids are playing)

I have a couple of cards to make and i want to try out my new stamps i got yesterday.

Went shopping.....

And i got some bargins from the charity shop - firstly for me and some for ellie, some die cut chipboard shapes, mainly tags and things but good value, theres approx 60 sheets there and they cost me £2 (they were £1 a pack)

i also got some brand new school pumps for the kids, 50p each, books 25p each and a disney princess jigsaw for 29p! and all the pieces are there, lol :)

The postie brought me some goodies today aswell, some whiff of joy stamps :) can't wait to try them out.

Hello for tuesday :)

Good morning,

Well the weather looks nice out today but i think it's a little chilly and it was raining in the night but hopefully it will warm up :) if it does we going to the park and the shops this afternoon.

This morning i have some card orders to do and some tidying up to do and maybe some ironing...... but we'll see about that!

We moved kobes bedroom around yesterday because it was annoying me! It's not that big anyways but now it's moved around he has abit more space to play in and kobes made up with it :)

Well it's another lovely day here today :) we were out for most of yesterday enjoying the sunshine :)

We went to a park in west kirby, for an ice cream in parkgate and a play down in new brighton :)

Unsure of our plans today yet, have some lunch soon and get out in the lovely weather :)

Half term this week to.... yay... :P fingers crossed the kids will be good!!

Afternoon...

Well there was me thinking the weather had improved today, it was sunny when i got up!

It's wet and grey again now :( ive got the school run to do soon too.

Heres what ive been working on this afternoon. Ive had the images done for a while from when i first got the sets.

Everything ive used is from the forever friends decoupage sets apart from the card and card blanks and the green checked paper is from the hugs and cuddles ff pad :)

I also made my first xmas card of the year yesterday!!

Good morning all,

Just enjoying my coffee and peace before i go and pick Kobe up and go for a nose around the shops.

The big shot is great, so much better than the red sizzix i have. With it being 6 inchs wide you can get most of you cards through it for doing embossing folders, ect :) it's great! Wish i had of invested in one sooner...... wanted one for ages!! :P and i love my hello kitty die i bought too :) I'm thinking of passing my old sizzix onto eloise as it's easy to use and i think she'll like it :) i have a butterfly die she can have and she can use any of my other ones too so she'll enjoy it :)

Im not allowed to spend any pennies now..... got to use what i already have!! Been having a little sort out aswell, listing some old things on ebay. Out with the old and in with the new!

SShhh.....

Ive been naughty the past week......

Here is just one of the things i have bought :) :)

Havent had chance to have a proper go yet as it only arrived this morning but im happy with it already :) so much bigger than the red one and the multipurpose platfor is fab :)

After getting this i noticed that there was a new pink hello kitty one out!!! Oh well, black and pink is stylish too :) BUT i have bought a hello kitty die to try out :) going to buy some white linen card for it today :)

Got some bits due from madaboutcrafts tomorrow too :)

Bank holiday weekend...

Good morning all,

Well it's been a long weekend already and it's only Sunday!

The kids didn't go to their dads this week as he was going away for the weekend..... alright for some, isn't it.

I bought Kobe a wrestling ring the other day, he loves it. Hasn't stopped playing with it :) Ive told Eloise she can pick something upto £10 and theres noting she wants, lol :)

Im just trying to do a card for a swap on the do crafts site, a card kit swap. I make a card and send that along with all the things i used to make it to someone and see what they make out of it :)

Not sure of our plans today, having tea mt my mums though, a nice roast dinner, yummy :)

I decided to buy a sizzix big shot the other day. I already have the old red sizzix but it's not big enough for embossing some cards and doing other things on it to ive upgraded :) Gonna make sure im happy with my new one and see about selling my old one.

Ive also got some new nestabilities, the set of large ovals :) been wanting those for a while now.

Need to have a big sort out and get rid of some of my old things.... need to start using some of my old things too!!

I have a draw which is about 8inchs high which is full to the brim of 12x12 paper, plus a folder full of it too..... i need to use it!! I aso have a draw full of 6x6 and 8x8 pads too... i just keep buying more and more :S

That might be my task for the next few weeks, slowy sorting things out and using them!!
