Decided to try something different today. Instead of lasagne sheets and sauces out of jars I made my lasagne from scratch.

I used aubergine instead of lasagne sheets and made my white sauce from scratch and used toms, garlic, onion and chillis for my red sauce.

It was really nice. Defo make it again.

Been watching river cottage veg and have been inspired to try new things have ordered the cook book too from the show.

Mmmm yummy could eat it again! Xx
