The bathroom is nearly finished now (7mths later!) I've pulled the Lino up today and given the stuff under Neath a good scrub as that's nicer than what was on top.

Bit more glossing and seal the edges and it will be finished :) yay xx

I'm itching to do some decorating - this hasn't happened in months since we first moved 7 mths ago.

Half term next week so if I don't start any before I'll get on with some then.

The living room needs something doing as its just magnolia :/ I don't like magnolia plus I have to s of other bits to finish off from last time I was decorating.

I've even nearly finished a journal page!? What's gotten into me, lol.

Well I've definatly kick started my diet again since Christmas.

Lost 2 stone and 3lbs now - I will be in my size 10s soon :) feeling fantastic aswell :)

Just had homemade soup for lunch - carrot, sweet potato, lentil, onion, garlic and chilli and it was yummy as always :) and I've got vegetterian stew in the slow cooker for tea.

It's freezing here today, my feet are like blocks of ice! Brr.

I actually started a journal page last week need to finish it tho!

A friend told me a recipe she tried on her sliming world diet and it's quite nice. It's a tomato soup.

1 x tinned toms
1 x tin baked beans
1 x pickle

Cook it and blend it. Really thick and actually quite nice. Sounds odd but it works :)

Been busy this morning putting together a cupboard for kobes room. Gave up a few times, felt like screaming a few times too but it's done now! He's sorting his toys out and his Lego because I'm not :)

Back on my diet now, just gotta lose a couple of pounds I put on over crimbo then back to my target of a size 10 :)

Even bought some stuff in to encourage me to do more exercise! Well see how that goes

We went to liverpool for the day.

Treated myself to some purple Dr Martens...... i'm getting obsessed with shoes again!!

I also got myself some new clothes at long last :)

The first day of a new year and it's raining!

Back to my diet now as I've been munching on sweets and things I shouldn't over the festive period.

I want to start my nvq3 this year, get in shape, maybe find a nice man, do lots more crafting and do lots of nice things with the kids :)

Well it's abit late but we had a lovely Christmas :)

The kids were made up with all there presents abd they got some money to spend aswell :)

The cat even wanted to help open the presents! Lol.

We had Christmas dinner at my mums with all the family and boxing day we stayed at home and I cooked. Wasn't as good as my mums dinner but it was ok :) nothing beats your mums roast dinner though :)

It's new years eve now, looking forward to getting back to my diet now And normal eating!

I wonder what 2012 will hold for us, something nice I hope as this year has had its ups and downs!

Ive moved to a nicer house/area in June and I've dropped 2 clothes sizes this year, the kids are happy and healthy so more ups than downs :)

Decided I would try my hand at califlour cheese last night for tea and it was really really yummy :)

Made my own cheese sauce, sprinkled cheese and breadcrumbs on top and yum yum!

Will definatly make it again, healthy ish too full of calcium and 1 of your 5 a day of veg :)

I'm wearing my new size 12 work pants now which I'm made up with and I'm buying size 14 tops :) so I've dropped 2 clothe sizes aswell :)

I've lost another 3lbs so in total a stone and a half now :) yippee!

Decided to try something different today. Instead of lasagne sheets and sauces out of jars I made my lasagne from scratch.

I used aubergine instead of lasagne sheets and made my white sauce from scratch and used toms, garlic, onion and chillis for my red sauce.

It was really nice. Defo make it again.

Been watching river cottage veg and have been inspired to try new things have ordered the cook book too from the show.

Mmmm yummy could eat it again! Xx

Well the scales have been stepped on and i've lost another 4lbs so my total weight loss since september is 1 stone and 4 pounds!!

I can even JUST fit into some of my size 12 pants so if i loose another half a stone i should be in them, really made up!! Making me want to set my goal a little further as i've never been a size 10 but that might be a bit too ambitious!!

Need to get some exercise done and tone my flab up LOL

Feeling really good and positive today :)

Back on my diet and have lost 3lbs already - i had october off! lol.

Total loss from September is now 12lbs :) few more pounds and i'll hit the stone mark!!

I really want to get into my size 12's now so i'm going to give it a good go and see where i get :)

Someone actually noticed i'd lost weight the other day too which made me feel good :)

Work clothes are feeling loose and baggy on me now too.

Might try to finish off my journal page today, going to have a go on the xbox kinnect first on dance central, lol :) every bit of exercise helps :P

Eloise did done of hers today and I was sorting some photos from the summer into albums and I got inspired. I knew I had a few basic grey dino bits and bobs so I found them and created this.

Well we've been to the park before lunch then popped to asda in the way home. Kids got some toffee apples :) and we got a pumpkin to carve.

Home now kids have eaten and I'm making some soup for lunch will see what it's like! If not it may be just bread and butter, lol.

Here is my new journal page using dylusions and octopode factory stamps.

I started off putting gesso on the background and then wiped some pink paint over it with a baby wipe. After that i added some more colours, did some stencling added abit of bottle lids stamped. I then stamped some images straight onto the page whilst i stamped others onto a separate page and then added them on later.

"I am perfect just the way I am" the eyes represent people looking and judging me.

After stamping my images i coloured them using pro markers for the girl and spray inks for everything else.

I havent wrote on it yet but i will do that tonight or tomorrow.

Derek's operation has finally done him some good. He can put weight on his foot again and can walk. The nerve pain has gone. He seems abit more positive at long last!! Been waiting for this day for a LONG time. Glad he's finally doing better.

Oh well had a good morning so far. Kids are in school and I've been sorting out some of my old "don't fit me anymore" clothes and am happy to report I can fit into most of my size 14 pants :) am really happy.

Need to worker harder with the tops tho as I don't like tops clinging to my fat belly, lol.

I'll drag my size 12's out at the end of this month but I doubt they'd go near me still but it's something to work towards!

Well it looks like my relationship with Derek is over. I'm hoping he sorts himself out and comes to his senses and realises how much he's thrown away but I doubt that will happen.

Just gotta pick myself up and be strong for the kids. Kobes heartbroken, Derek was his best friend, like a dad to him really.

I don't know how such a decent person can turn into such a selfish idiot! Maybe it's his medication that he's on for his back, I don't know but at least I know where we stand now.

Well my diets going well so far, just need to keep it up!!

I've been doing some retail therapy as I've been abit fed up the past few days.

I bought myself (maybe an early birthday present to myself) a cricut expressions machine with 4 cartridges included!

I have been debating one of these for a while now so why not treat myself! :)

Next treat will be new clothes (a big if) IF I can drop a size.

We shall see. Feeling positive over diet if nothing else anyways :)

Good morning all, having a lazy day.

I was SUPOST to be painting my bedroom but got side tracked in my local lidel as they had a massive sale on in there - clothes, stationary, ect all 50p each and some larger items from £3 - £10. Was well worth a look, my trolley was FULL and it only cost me £35 :)

So after spending an hour rummaging through boxes i didn't feel like painting!

I ordered some of the xmas me to you stuff last night with the new docrafts mag so i'm hoping that arrives early this week.

On my week off now from work then it's all back to normal from the 5th sept when the kids go back to school.

We went to see the pirates in new Brighton. There was hundreds of people there. It was an ok day but they needed more stuff for the kids to do really.

We went on the 2p machines in the arcade a and got some sugared doughnuts, yum!!
Fancied some chips nut we never for around to that.

My new very own craft room......

Unfortunately only one desk (i had 2 in my bedroom but i suppose they were always full of junk!)

Some shelves full of paper and boxes full of bits and bobs. My plastic drawers which have all kinds in them.

Moved a spice rack out of the kitchen and made use of it for my sprays. I also added some of my ornaments too :)

Organised chaos on my desk, everything to hand that i will need (hopefully)

Some of my stamps on shelves so i can just grab them when i need them :)

These are the fitted wardrobes the other side of the room with my plastic drawers in full of unmounted stamps :) also eloise's work space if she wants to craft :)

It's only a small room but i'm made up with it, can't wait to get crafting!!

Got the kids a trampoline for our new garden, I think they like it!

Shame it's rained every since I bought it tho! Lol :)

Been doing the garden up. There was bark down which I replaced with stones and we fixed the little wall and stained the shed. Need to paint the house and walls now and it will look nice.

I'm enjoying having a little garden for a change instead of a crap yard.
